OUR STORY

When I was a young kid my father was on a neighboring Fire Department and they had a gentleman who was about 25 years older than my dad who was a retired firefighter that would come in and cook chili for the guys every so often and as a young kid I remember my dad telling me he had the best chili so I I asked him when I was a junior firefighter if he would teach me how to make his chili and he said yes he would but he wouldn't give me all of his ingredients and I said that's fine so he came up to the fire department that I belong to and made chili for us and it was wonderful so then few years later I decided to start making it for the guys at the firehouse and October every year or in January and it has been a big hit with them he passed away a few years back and I never was given the opportunity to let him try it to see if he liked it but everyone that I have ever made the chili for has always liked it
